Once you submit a request through the website, I’ll get in touch with you to schedule an appointment. During this session, we’ll get to know each other and, if needed, find the program that’s right for you. You’ll also receive all the important information about the process, pricing, and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
Absolutely not. With me, you’ll learn how to build balanced meals. I don’t label foods as “good” or “bad”—everything can be part of a healthy diet.
1. Initial Consultation
In a free, no-obligation consultation, we’ll take a closer look at your current situation, your goals, and what you’re willing to commit to in order to achieve them.
2. Nutrition Analysis
In our next session, we’ll go deeper and define clear, specific goals. For one week, you’ll track your food intake using my app. I’ll analyze your data, and together we’ll review what can be improved—while also considering what you don’t want to give up.
3. Nutrition Plan
Based on these insights, I’ll create your personalized nutrition plan and macronutrient distribution for the next three months. If desired, we can also develop a tailored training plan together.
4. Personal Nutrition Coaching
We’ll have weekly check-ins to review your progress and make adjustments if needed. Sessions can take place either in person or online via Zoom. We’ll monitor your progress, discuss any challenges, and I’ll support you with practical tips. You’ll also have ongoing support via chat in the app.
5. What’s Next?
After the three-month coaching program, we’ll decide together on the next steps. You can continue on your own, switch to less frequent sessions, or extend your coaching for another month with more intensive support.
