Hey, I'm Michelle,
a passionate nutritionist and fitness coach at heart.
Movement has always been an integral part of my life I spent eleven years dancing hip-hop with great enthusiasm. After an eventful youth, I reached a point where I began to question my career path. It was during this phase that I discovered my love for strength training, which also sparked my deep interest in nutrition.

Over time, I’ve realized how many myths surround nutrition and dieting and how many people get stuck in a never-ending cycle of crash diets, restriction, and frustration. That’s exactly where I come in: I want to show you that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. On the contrary it can be simple, sustainable, enjoyable, and even fun.
What defines me?
Your well-being truly matters to me. I listen to you and support you individually on your journey no matter what your goal is. Whether you want to feel comfortable in your body, lose weight, build muscle, or simply live a healthier lifestyle: there are no one-size-fits-all plans with me. Instead, we work together as equals to create lasting results.
